When I was younger I was always into sports. I started to train gymnastics when I was around 4, when my mom took me to a gymnastics class. As I got older I wanted to learn all the thing that my idol Bruce Lee was doing, and at that time coming from the next big city in Denmark, there really wasent a lot to train. I started training in Shotokan Karate for about 3 years, then I started to train Capoeira. I was always fasinated with what the human potential could reach by training, so as any young kid in his teens I started to workout and got into fitness.

When I was around 14 I started to play guitar and from there I was all about practecing 7-8 hours a day to be the best I could be. In 1999 I took one semester at Berklee Collage of Music in Boston, USA. Here I really had the time of my life, with all my amazing teachers. My entire life was about music at that point. At Berklee I was first intruduced to what I would later get to know as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. When I returned to Denmark, I started to go to school to prepare for university. Here I still both played music and trained in martila arts. I was at this time training Arnis, which is a philipino martial art, that uses sticks and knifes. I later started to train Progressive Fighting Systems (PFS) in Copenhagen and in 2003 I started my own school which incorapated different fighting styles. In 2004 I meet my new trainer Lasse Juhler and under him I learned Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do. Together we went to Los Angeles and trained with his trainer original student of Bruce Lee, Pat Strong. I learned so much from Pat. He tought me things I never thought possible for the human body.

In 2006 I took three couses in Tensergrity or Tensional Integrity. Here I finally saw some of the things that Pat Strong had shown me in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do. Tensegrity blew my mind for what it can do to help people with differnt problems, so in 2007 to 2009 I studied under Lene Kall Nielsen at her school for Cranial Sacral Therapy. Here I also got the chance to study under Timothy Dunphy and study his art of Chi Aura or Energy Medicin.

2005 was the year that I switch from Jeet Kune Do to Chi Sim Weng Chun. To me there were at the time way to much politics when it came to JKD. So when I did a seminar at Skagen summercamp and meet Sifu Thomas Roskjer I choose to start training Weng Chun insted. Because I had a very flexible schedual when I was studying History of Ideas at the university. I could travel to copenhagen when I wanted. In Denmark I trined under Sifu Thomas Roskjer, Sifu Henrik Sprechler, Sihing Soren Bogelund, Sihing Morten Soborg Larsen, Sihing Adam Brostrom, Sihing Brian Berggren and the UK instructor Bruce Valentine. It was a great honour for me to meet my Weng Chun Grandmaster Andreas Hoffman for the first time in 2005 and train under him since then. I have had many good talks and training sessions with him and others from the Weng Chun family.

I started my own Weng Chun school in 2008 in my city of Aarhus, Denmark. And through the Weng Chun school in Copenhagen I started to train Crossift, which was at that time a completly new thing in Denmark. In june of 2009 I took my Crossfit level 1 cert and my Crossfit gymnastics in september of 2009.

My dream was to make a Crossfit/Weng Chun/coaching school in the city of Aarhus and after alost 3 years of thinking and planning. I opened Aarhus Crossfit in august of 2009.

Today I live with my wife in Toronto, Canada.
