Great day for training, the sun is out and the weather is amazing here in Toronto.

Today I wanted to play with the wod, so it was a different time domain that I was working in. So todays workout looks like this

1. min Russian KB swings 24kg

1. min back extentions

1. min Kb snatch left hand

1. min Kb snatch right hand

2. min rest

1. min Kb Clean

1.min Burpess

2. min rest

1. min Kb front squat

1. min Push-ups

2. min rest

The thing that makes this a bit different, is that just when your heat rate is getting lower, you have to start working again.

Now its back to reading about Crossfit Football and enjoying the nice weather.
