After watching Crossfit games 2010 I was so inspired that I had to try one of the workouts. Because I don’t have a olympic barbell set and gymnastic rings yet, I had to find a way to do the workout anyway. So here is my WOD
7 rounds for time of
3 Kb Cleans 16kg (each hand)
4 Handstand Push-ups
Time 4:25
The handstand push-ups was by far the hardest and im sure my time would have sucked more if I had done it the workout as RX’ed.
The games this year was, as always amazing. A true inspiration for all of us.
