After a busy period here in Toronto I got to do my first WOD this week.
I started to focus more on the basics and building strength.
3 rounds of max pull-up (just for the fun of it)
1x1x1 of 315 pounds of Deadlift
1x1x1 of 135 pounds of Clean and Jerk
Im trying to work on my weak areas which I have worked with Kelly Starrett on improving. I will be working more on my Deadlift technique and the best fit positioning of my body. Kelly gave me some really good pointers about body posture and when and how to lift in the Deadlift. I will post more about this, when I have been working on it some more.
The split jerk is one of my favorite moves, but also one of the moves I suck most at, thats why I will try to work more on that and the basics of it. New WOD coming tomorrow until then guys
